Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

Orders placed via our website or phone can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided the kitchen has not yet started preparation.

Once food preparation has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Aggregator orders (via Swiggy/Zomato) must follow the cancellation policies of the respective platforms.

Order Cancellation by 10 Biryanis:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues such as unavailability of items, kitchen constraints, or delivery limitations. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

Non-delivery of an order

Duplicate payment

Quality or hygiene-related complaints verified by our internal team

Order cancellations made within the eligible time window

Order cancellation from our side due to unavoidable reasons
Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will not be processed in these cases:

Customer unavailability at delivery

Change of mind after dispatch

Delay caused by delivery partners

Partially consumed or late complaints

Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered and accepted.
